District 6580 Goals for 2018-2019
~To support Rotary International's strategic plan for diversity, all clubs will intentionally increase membership by ten percent and attract new members under the age of 40, members of different ethnicity and race, and women.
~District will post a net gain of 96 new members (each club to accomplish a net gain of 3 members).
~District will continue 2017-2018 goal process of starting a new club in 2 communities within the district.
~District will add one new community based Rotaract club.
~All clubs will contact their Area Membership Chair for support and assistance to increase membership.
Support and Strengthen Clubs
~All clubs will post goals in Rotary Club Central via My Rotary by July 31, 2018, giving presidents time to meet with their board.
~All clubs will send their President-Elect and President-Nominee to President Elect Training in March 2019.
~Fifty percent of clubs will send members to Rotary Leadership Institute for Rotary learning.
~Member Engagement funds will be used 100% by clubs.
~Ninety-five percent of clubs will have engaged in Visioning for planning 3 year goals.
~All clubs will have a public relations chair who will work to enhance Rotary's public image and awareness in their communities.
~All clubs should work toward achieving Rotary International's Presidential Citation.
~Ninety percent of clubs will have at least three attendees at District Conference in April 2019.
Focus and Increase Humanitarian Service
~The number of Paul Harris Society members will increase by 10.
~The number of Paul Harris Fellows will increase by 30.
~Clubs will bring more awareness to Rotary's Six Area of Focus through community projects and public image.
~District will offer a Global Grant Scholarship.
~Sixty percent of clubs will participate in District Grants.
~District will start process for a District Global Grant.
~District will attain an Annual Fund contribution of $100 per member.
